10% Deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Full
payment required for bookings made less than 6 weeks.
- Payment
can be made by Cheque (Stirling or US Dollars) or by Credit
/ Debit card via Pay Pal.
- Pool
heat is optional and available at an extra cost of $140
week.
- Security
Deposits of £200/$300 week required per booking, this
is not charged to your card unless damages occurs, otherwise,
this will be refunded within 28 days of vacating the home.
- Minimum
stay is usually 1 week.
- Stays
from 3 days can be accommodated but an additional cleaning
charge of £60/$95 will be payable.
