Our Villa is located on the gated resort community of The Sanctuary at West Haven in Davenport only minutes away from the Walt Disney World Resorts.

The villa has been decorated to a very high standard and has upgraded furniture. It has five bedrooms featuring a master bedroom with a ensuite bathroom, a bedroom with a queen sized bed, two twin rooms to give you maximum flexibility and a room specially fitted for children and infants featuring 2 single beds and 2 baby/toddler cribs. All bedrooms (except the childrens) have cable TV and DVD's.

There is wireless high speed Internet access provided free of charge.

For your added convenience all local, national and international calls are free allowing you to keep in touch with friends and family whilst you are away.

The villa has a fully loaded kitchen with a breakfast and snack bar, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge /freezer (with instant ice and cold water) dishwasher, cutlery and crockery. There is plenty room for convenient food preparation with a separate dining area exclusively for use in the kitchen. The utility room just off the family room has a large washing machine and a separate matching tumble dryer for your added convenience.

The family room is extremely comfortable with big relaxing sofas and a big screen TV. The family room also overlooks the pool area and has breathtaking views of Florida's unspoiled natural beauty - as our villa has no rear neighbors and looks onto a conservation area. You can pretty much guarantee a close encounter with some of the local wild life including Florida Herons.

There is also a separate formal living room and dining room which can be utilized for family dinner time or simply enjoy some peace and quiet while you relax with a nice book in the tranquil and comfortable seating area.

We also have a loft area area located on the second floor complete with Internet access and printing facilities so you can keep in touch with friends and family back home and even though you are on holiday should the need arise you can rest assured our loft area will give you all the business tools you need to get the job done! Just simply bring along your laptop and we will take care of the rest!

There is a large over sized pool deck with pool and spa, along with sun loungers, BBQ, table and chairs for you to enjoy outdoor entertaining while taking in these gorgeous views and living the American dream.
